- Bont chose aluminium as the hub material after extensive testing proved it offered more rebound than plastic or nylon hubs.
- Extra rebound = extra life/speed</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">The Avenger Hardcore inline speed skating wheel is produced by MPC for Bont, on Bont's own hub and this combination has recorded the highest ever rebound score of any wheel MPC has ever produced. </span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">To ensure the hub is not too stiff Bont choose curved spokes and used CAD-CAM software to perfect the weight and rebound of their hub.
- A mechanical lock is used to ensure the urethane can never be dislodged from the hub.
- The Avenger has a full 24mm wheel width.
